Public Comment Details

If you wish to make a public comment during the meeting, you must join the Zoom Webinar, not the Livestream.
Public comments will be accepted during the first hour of the meeting, or until there are no more comments.
You may have up to 3 minutes to make your comment to the Task Force.
While the Task Force is under no obligation to respond to your comment, they appreciate your input and at each meeting are interested in comments related to a specific topic.
If you wish to make a written comment or were unable to make or finish your public comment, please use the Comment box at the bottom of the Home page.
The facilitators will compile all written comments from members of the public and share them with all Task Force and Sub-Task Force members.
